Telehealth Services
New Patient
During your initial medical intake appointment, we take the time to truly listen to your health history, current concerns, and goals for care—without the pressure of a rushed, 20-minute visit.
This extended visit includes a detailed review of your symptoms, medical history, prior testing and treatments, medications, and any outside records you have provided. Depending on your needs and priorities, your evaluation may include a focused assessment for conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), dysautonomia including POTS, mast cell disorders, and other related conditions.
When appropriate, blood work, imaging, or additional testing may be recommended to help clarify your diagnosis. We will review our findings together, discuss possible diagnoses, answer your questions, and develop a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan with clear next steps and recommendations for ongoing care.
Established Patient
Our 30-minute follow-up visits are designed to provide ample time to review your progress, address new concerns, and make thoughtful adjustments to your treatment plan—without the limitations of a brief, traditional office visit.
During these visits, we review your response to treatment, discuss any new symptoms or changes in your condition, interpret recent laboratory or imaging results, and answer your questions. Medications, lifestyle recommendations, and other therapies are adjusted as needed to help optimize your care.
Because many complex chronic conditions evolve over time, follow-up visits focus on continued evaluation, ongoing symptom management, and working collaboratively to improve your function, quality of life, and long-term health. Our goal is to ensure you leave each visit with a clear understanding of your progress and the next steps in your care.
