New Patient
During your initial medical intake appointment, we take the time to truly listen to your health history, current concerns, and goals for care—without the pressure of a rushed, 20-minute visit.
Depending on your needs and priorities, this extended visit may include a focused evaluation for conditions such as hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), dysautonomia including POTS, and related conditions.
When appropriate, blood work or additional testing may be ordered, and next steps are discussed collaboratively to develop a thoughtful, individualized care plan.
Extended Evaluation (+30 minutes)
Some conditions require additional time beyond a standard visit. When appropriate, we offer an extended telehealth evaluation that adds approximately 30 minutes to your appointment to allow for guided physiologic monitoring, careful interpretation, and patient education without rushing complex care.
Established Patient
30-Minute Follow-Up Visit
This visit is designed for focused follow-up care, such as reviewing test results, assessing response to treatment, adjusting medications or supplements, and addressing specific questions or concerns.
