About Connective Care
Connective Care Family Practice was founded to serve patients who have too often been overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood by traditional healthcare systems.
We are a nonprofit family medicine practice created specifically to support individuals living with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and related complex, multisystem conditions. Many of our patients come to us after years—sometimes decades—of searching for answers, navigating fragmented care, and experiencing medical gaslighting.
At Connective Care, we believe patients deserve to be heard, believed, and treated with respect. Our practice is built on the understanding that complex conditions require time, careful listening, whole-person evaluation, and thoughtful, evidence-informed management. Symptoms affecting connective tissue, autonomic function, immune response, and neurologic regulation often do not fit neatly into traditional diagnostic boxes. Rather than dismissing what cannot be quickly explained, we work collaboratively with patients to understand their lived experience and provide individualized, compassionate care.
As a nonprofit organization, our mission extends beyond clinical visits. We are committed to improving access to knowledgeable, affirming care; educating patients and clinicians; reducing barriers created by stigma and disbelief; and supporting patients in reclaiming their health, autonomy, and quality of life.
Connective Care Family Practice exists because you deserve better care.
