Our Approach
Collaborative
Our collaborative care approach emphasizes partnership, open communication, and shared decision-making. We work alongside patients to understand their goals, respect their lived experiences, and coordinate care in a way that supports individualized, thoughtful, and whole-person care over time.
Convenient
We offer a flexible care model that includes telehealth services and multiple payment options, including sliding-scale pricing, to meet patients where they are and reduce barriers related to geography, disability, and financial access—while maintaining comprehensive care.
Compassionate
Our compassionate care approach centers on empathy, respect, and patient partnership, recognizing the full impact of illness on a person’s life. We prioritize listening without judgment, validating lived experiences, and providing thoughtful, individualized support that promotes trust, dignity, and high-quality care.
Conditions We Manage
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)
Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and related connective tissue disorders are complex conditions that affect the body’s connective tissues, which provide structure and support to joints, skin, blood vessels, and organs. These conditions can cause joint instability, chronic pain, fatigue, autonomic symptoms, and multisystem involvement, often requiring thoughtful, coordinated, and individualized care.
Dysautonomia (ex: POTS)
Dysautonomia, including conditions such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), affects the autonomic nervous system, which regulates functions like heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature control. Symptoms may include dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, exercise intolerance, and cognitive difficulties, and often require individualized, multidisciplinary, and patient-centered care.
Commonly associated conditions (ex: MCAS)
Many individuals with EDS and dysautonomia also experience associated conditions such as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), lipedema, fibromyalgia, migraines, and other chronic pain or neurologic disorders. These conditions often overlap, fluctuate over time, and contribute to significant daily symptom burden, requiring a comprehensive, coordinated, and individualized approach to care.
